I've had my gym induction at the Deganwy Quay Hotel and I'm delighted to say that I'm apparently of average fitness.
This comes as a triumph, as the last induction I had my fitness levels was deemed very poor.
Ed, who hails from the exotic climes of San Salvador, is the gym instructor at The Quay and definitely trained at the No Pain No Gain school of instructing.
No mercy is shown as I'm struggling away on the rowing machine or with those giant balls, that make you look slightly ridiculous.
When he hadn't seen me for a few days I received a very sarcastic 'long time, no see', comment and a suspicious look when I gently told him that since he wasn't on duty 24/7 he must have missed me.
Can't wait to see him tonight as since I've had to work away for a few days I haven't set foot in the gym yet this week.
On second thoughts maybe I'll go for a swim instead.

Good to see you in the cheerleading class in break n spin. It was a good laugh even though my arms and legs didn't quite go where they were supposed to ! Why don't you try the fighting fit class for a good workout or the body pump class to tone you up(not that you looked as if you needed toning up)both are really good fun (unlike going to the gym which I found totally boring and lost the will to live several times.) I have been going to body pump for over 3 years now and I'm hooked. Not only have I toned up but I have also made lots of friends. Both classes are held at break n spin in Llandudno. Fighting fit 6.30pm-7.30pm and body pump 7.30pm-8.30pm both on a Wednesday evening.
